Inspired by our founder Jessica Hannesson’s longtime love for design — and informed by an initial background in kitchen & bath — we create intentional, authentic spaces that strike a balance between styles, functions, and moods.

OUR INTERIOR DESIGN process

  • A FLAT-FEE
    APPROACH

    As a flat-fee design firm, we finalize your scope of work and all fees before you sign your contract and make a deposit.

  • DESIGN
    CONCEPTING

    After you’re in, we spend ~2 weeks creating an initial direction for your project to define your aesthetic and begin your design.

  • DESIGN
    PRESENTATION

    Once we’re aligned on the direction, our team spends 4-6 weeks jumping into the nitty-gritty — working to create a design presentation that envelops tile, grout, elevations, perspectives, furniture selections, and more. Then once that’s approved, we’ll create analytical floor plans and a contractor binder.

  • DESIGN IMPLEMENTATION
    & SUPERVISION

    As the contractors and builders bring your space to life, we supervise every second — and we also source and manage the delivery of unique, elevated pieces to fill your home.
